  • How Can You Protect the Privacy and Security of My Data?

    First and foremost, we are a bona fide US-based company registered in New York City. For any legal issues, you are directly conducting business with a US-based entity.


    Furthermore, all our RMG virtual assistants and team members adhere to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines. Additionally, we mandate that each team member obtains an NBI clearance, equivalent to an FBI background check in the United States.


    Granting your virtual assistant access to your software/tools can be accomplished in two ways: by direct username and password with limited system access or by providing a computer in your office with the necessary software, paired with remote desktop access for your virtual assistant.


    In the unlikely event of an intentional breach of private data/information overseas, you are safeguarded by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012. This legislation holds Philippine citizens accountable for their actions and extends coverage to those affected within the United States. Further details about this act can be found here.
